A Rundown By Us:
- We believe that no birthday party celebration is complete without balloon decoration, especially when it's a kids birthday party. That is why we have come up with this amazing birthday room decoration.
- Using black, red and yellow coloured balloons we will make a huge balloon bunch that will serve as a balloon backdrop. Some chrome balloons will also be used in it.
What we'll provide:
- 70-80 black-red-white-yellow balloons used to make the balloon cloud
- 20 Blue and silver chrome balloons used in the cloud
- 20-25 balloons used to make a balloon stand.
- Happy Birthday Foil Balloon Set.
- Numeric Foil balloon (as per the age)
Notes:
- The ballons will be filled with normal air and not helium or any other gas that could be harmful.
- Please provide stool or ladder to the decorator.
- The table,cake stand, cutlery & accessories used in the image are only for representation purposes.

We use air balloons, fix them to your ceiling with a removable cello-tape (generally no mark on ceiling but please remove within 24 hours) to create the same experience as helium balloons.

FAQs:
- 96% Refund in the original payment method if cancelled within 72 hours of the booking, except for Romantic Stay packages where 40% of the money will be refunded in the original payment method.
- Refunds for experiences to be availed in the next 72 hours will be done only in TogetherV Wallet.
- Less than 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with NO Refund.
- 24 hours to 2 days before an experience: Cancellation with 95% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
- 2 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 100% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
- No Cancellation for Diwali card Party experience(s) and it's various offerings.
- No Cancellation for Digital experiences. Refund will be in TogetherV Wallet only.
- Cancellation will be taken in working hours only via email at info@togetherv.com with Order Id.
- No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines's Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
- In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done. Perishable item(s) will not be refunded/cancelled/rescheduled.
- Less than 24 hours before experience: No Rescheduling.
- 24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
- 3 days or more before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
- No Rescheduling possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February or 25th and 31st December or any other special days for Special Packages.
- Our working days/hours are 7 days (11am - 8 pm).
- Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on the same day of your experience.
- To officially cancel or reschedule reply to booking confirmation email saying I wish to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process with your order id or Kindly reschedule my booking to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date with your order id.
- It takes 7-10 working days in a refund for the original payment method and 24 hr for TogetherV wallet.
- To preserve customer privacy, Photos taken in the customer (Photography add-on) are deleted within a week of the event date and TogetherV is not liable for the loss of the images if they are not downloaded by the customer within 5 days of sharing images link.
- Guitarist will wait for 15-30 minutes for your arrival from the booked slot time. In case of late arrival Guitarist may leave and there won't be any refund.
- In case of a complaint, notice must be given to TogetherV within the experience time slot. TogetherV will mediate where necessary and would have the final say in all disputes.
